From a "garage band" to a medium-large company

Shoreline has expanded its number of employees from five to 43 within the space of just a few years. They have now also secured the financial backing of new international investors to help grow the company even further, supplying software solutions to the wind power industry.

Just eight of their employees, including management and administrative staff, work at their offices located along the Stavanger quayside. However, their additional offices in Esbjerg, Aberdeen and Hamburg cement Shoreline´s position as a medium-large company. Moreover, they have set their sights firmly on growing even larger.

- A few years ago we were a garage band with just five employees, but now there are almost ten times as many of us. We have built up a structured, solid company. We are of course spending more money than we are making, because we are investing heavily in the future. But our plan is to continue to grow, doubling or tripling our turnover every year, explains Shoreline´s founder and General Manager Ole-Erik Vestøl Endrerud.
