Morning Connection: Well-being

95 % off the serotonin you body produces is made in your intestines, how can what you eat effect your emotions? and the importance of teaching our children about well-being are a few of the subject Maria Paola from Lærdal Medical will address at ISS.

Morning Connections is a supportive parent community and venue for learning about education, parenting, expat life and living in Norway. This meeting series is presented by the International School of Stavanger along with Stavanger Chamber of Commerce. We invite you along to the second event of the year with guest speaker Maria Paola Vidal Arteta from Lærdal Medical.

  • How does our diet effect our emotions?
  • Burn out - stress
  • The importance of teaching our children about well-being
