Cynthia Myrnes is the CEO of Relocation AS, a premier relocation services company in Norway. Originally from Singapore, Cynthia has lived in Stavanger, Norway for over 15 years and has personal experience in facing the challenges that foreigners do when moving to Norway. She is also the administrator of the Stavanger Expats Facebook group, an active community, which currently has over 21000 members

Yaniv Siegel is Head of Partnerships for Deel in the Nordics. He has worked and relocated to 8 different countries on 4 continents, and therefore has a wealth of experience regarding global work and the challenges and opportunities it presents. Prior to Deel, Yaniv led a remotely distributed sales team throughout EMEA at Vidyard. Before that, he lived as an expat for 4 years in Dublin working for HubSpot. 

Randi is a Senior Advisor at Intersearch Norway, where her expertise lies in recruitment of senior personnel, career coaching and empowering senior executives to enhance their intercultural leadership capabilities and operate more effectively across diverse cultural contexts. With a multicultural background herself, Randi possesses a profound appreciation for the significance of diversity within the workplace. Randi's professional journey is closely intertwined with the international community, particularly through her tenure as a Project Manager at the Stavanger Chamber of Commerce, where she worked closely with newcomers to the region.
