Cross-country skiing for beginners
Destination: FRIKVARTERET cabin at Ådneram, address Sirdalsveien 8853. FRIKVARTERET is kindly allowing us to use their restroom facilities, changing rooms and the common area where we can have lunch if the weather is on the cold side.
Transportation: by your own car (about 2,5 hours) or public bus (Boreal Snøbuss/skibuss). Boreal, will start operating the Ski Bus from end of December to Sirdal and Ådneram. For more info about the time schedule and price. Await booking a place in the bus until you know the weather conditions.
Weather: We will follow the weather on YR and give some extra advice on how to dress two days prior to the skiing event. Sometimes Hunnedalen is closed due to wind etc. We will keep the group informed!
Skiing equipment: Bring your own or rental at Ådneram (skies, boots and poles NOK 100.- pr person).

07.20 Meet at Byterminalen, Spor 6 (Stavanger).
07.30 Bus departure from Stavanger.
10.00 Bus arrival at Ådneram.
10.15 Dressing up, incl. skiing equipment.
10.45 Lessons start - skiing in flat terrain, by Pål Berntsen and Inger Tone Ødegård.
12.15 Lunch (indoors at Frikvarteret).
13.00 Skiing - uphill and braking.
15.00 Back to Frikvarteret. Dressing and returning equipment.
15.20 Getting ready for departure.
15.30 Bus departure from Ådneram skiing resort.
18.00 Arrival Byterminalen, Spor 6, Stavanger.
