Sondre works as an ESG Specialist in the Portfolio Department in SKAGEN Funds. He works closely with portfolio mangers on sustainability analyses and ownership dialogues, and manages SKAGENs framework for ESG. He has previous experience as a renewable energy broker in the continental power market in Europe. He holds a MA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Political Economy of Europe from the London School of Economics and Politics.

Erik holds the position as Head of Corporate Finance in SR-Bank Markets. He has also worked for Pareto Securities and PwC in their respective corporate finance and deals departments. SR-Bank Markets are M&A specialists, but have also advised in several IPOs, private placements and bond offerings. Erik has over 10 years of experience as a transaction advisor. He holds a MSc in Finance from NHH.     

Ramtin Matin is currently in the role as Head of Innovation for Sparebank 1 SR-Bank. He has previously worked for PwC as management consultant with focus on business development and digitalisation. His expertise lies within the crossfield between Strategy, Technology and Innovation. SR-Bank has the recent years had a focus on innovation as a clear path to business development which will be the main focus of the presentation. He holds a Executive MSc in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Sofie works as an associate in the HitecVision investment team and was part of the graduate program from 2019 to Spring of 2021. She has been primarily involved with Sval Energi, a portfolio company in HitecVision. Sofie been involved with numerous transactions for Sval, the latest being the corporate acquisition of Edison Norge. Being part of the Sval team, Sofie also has the overall responsibility over valuation and investor reporting for the company. Sofie has a bachelor’s in finance from St. John’s University in New York.

Vetle works as an analyst in the HitecVision investment team as a part of the graduate programme. He has primarily been involved with OMP and Hav Energy, two portfolio companies in Hitecvision and worked on a number of transactions across the broad energy space during his time in the company. He has previous experience from internships in companies such as Danske Bank, Clarksons Platou Securities and Skagen Fondene. Vetle have a MSc in Finance & Accounting from Imperial College London and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

Kristian Mæland Innvær is in his final year  doing a Master (MBA) Applied Finance and leads the stock exchange club at the university. In addition to his MBA he works for Storebrand Asset Management at SKAGEN fondene.

Bernt Arne Ødegaard is a Professor of Finance at the University of Stavanger (UiS). He has a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University (1992). He has previously taught at the Unversities of Illinois (Chicago) and British Columbia (Vancouver), the Norwegian School of Management BI (Oslo), the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and Copenhagen Business School (CBS), and has been with the Norwegian Central Bank’s research department.
