As a foreign citizen, both housing (detached house, townhouse, owner section apartment/condominium, housing cooperative) and rules related to buying a home and owning their own home can be difficult to understand. The rules and requirements are also different from detached houses and townhouses to owner section apartment/condominiums and housing cooperatives.

Arne Gundersen
Arne Gundersen is Senior Advisor at Bate and assists in the largest and most complicated housing companies in Stavanger and Sandnes on a daily basis. He has over 14 years of experience from DNB and Sandnes Sparebank as a private economic advisor before starting at Bate.
Eirik Strand
Eirik Strand in an advisor at Bate, and assists housing companies in Stavanger and Sandnes on a daily basis. Before joining Bate, Eirik worked for the Norwegian Tax Administration, where he worked with cases regarding work-related crime, and the Tax Collector’s office, where he worked with tax accounting and audits.
Odd Egil Flokketveit
Odd Egil Flokketveit er CSO and Partner at Coo. He has over 10-year experience as bank manager and bank director/vice president at Sandnes Sparebank and over six years experience as real estate- and management director at Bate.
