Give your international employees the best possible start in the Stavanger region — and strengthen your company’s ability to retain valuable talent and competence.

Recruiting and relocating international talent takes time, resources and careful planning. But the real success begins after they arrive. Moving to a new country is a major life transition — exciting, but also emotionally and practically challenging. With a Stavanger Chamber International (SCI) membership, your employees get the support they need to settle in, understand Norwegian culture, and build a strong network in their new home.

Cross-Cultural Training

We also provide Cross-Cultural Training designed for employees coming to work in Norway in a leadership role. Through our Leadership program, we offer sessions on  «Leading a team in Norway», increasing the probability of a successful integration and effective leadership. Our training equips leaders with the necessary skills and cultural insights to navigate the unique aspects of the Norwegian work environment, ensuring they can lead their teams with confidence and competence.

Teambuilding: Cross Cultural Understanding in a diverse team
The «Power of Diversity» presentation is designed for all employees working in an international environment. It focuses on understanding cross-cultural differences and communication styles, helping to avoid an «us and them» mentality and fostering a cohesive «WE» culture.
