The transition from her role as Director of Helse Stavanger to that of Director of Helse Vest should actually have been finalized before the Easter escape. But there was no Easter escape to Cabin Land this year. In addition, the borders were closed, people were working from home and the hospitals were bracing themselves for the worst.
