The importance of a hospitality culture, and the impact for employees, companies and the region. Together, we could make a great difference in the service sector and being positive ambassadors for the Stavanger -region.

The target group for this event is everyone who works with customers.

Research indicates that hospitality in the service sector has specific characteristics, such as employees 'enjoyment of meaningful work, multicultural affiliation and diversity, and employees' abilities and personality. Guests and customers expect care and experience this as the utmost hospitality and service culture they want more of.

Please join us to meet Kirsti Lærdal (PhD UIS) talking about a doctoral study: The Co-construction of Hospitality Culture and Gunhild Vevik (Region Stavanger), Jens Brandin (Radisson Blu), Kristin Gustavsen (Stavanger sentrum) and Wenche Hansen (Guidecompaniet). Together they represent the entire service sector in our region, and they will share their best advice and inspiration.
