Would you like to know more about mindfulness and try it? This is a great chance to explore mindfulness in theory and action.

You will get practical learning in Mindfulness tools beneficial for stress reduction, relaxation, pain relief, reduced anxiety, more focus and better sleep. 

Hege Seglem, teacher in mindfulness (MBSR) and mindful eating from Being Mindful AS, will give you an introduction to mindfulness, what it is and how it can be helpful. She will also guide you through mindfulness practices. We hope to see you there. Welcome.
