The SCI Team Whishes You a Merry Christmas!

Christmas vacation is only hours away for most us. Family gatherings, visiting friends, time to think, space to read, and enjoying substantial amounts of delicious, rich christmas food.

Celebrating Christmas and partying at New Years Eve is always nice. For all of us who take great care in the developments of the Stavanger Region, it is particularly pleasant start our holidays in a period of economic progress.

This autumn The Stavanger Chamber of Commerce has carried out an extensive survey of the state and prospects of the local economy and labour market.

This «Economic Report 2018» is based the economic performance of more than 20 000 companies in the region, and the conclusions are clear: Total turnover is up, operating profits are up, and expectations for 2019 are high. In other words: Outlooks are promising!

We are looking forward to catching up with you in January, when we can offer a variety of activities: Cross Country Skiing for Beginners, Adults (12 January), Cross Country Skiing for Beginners, Families (13 January). Spouse program, launch (16 January), Politics in Norway- Election Year 2019! (22 January), Ladies Night #1: Figure Skating (23 January), Visit Stavanger City Impact District (31. January).
